It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Our room on the 3rd floor with out balcony but has 2 large windows instead. Hotel doesn’t have elevator, Elia helped carrying our luggage to our room. Although the front desk is not 24/7, Elia was always helpful. The building was extremely well maintained and security was exceptional. Two key disadvantage why is not give a 10/10 rating is breakfast buffet that was offered was subpar in comparison to other hotels and surrounding restaurants. Also I had the top floor accommodations and it automatically come with baggage assistance up the stairs verses telling me via email that I had to request it.
