Foam mattresses with foam mattress toppers. Plenty of amenities, including coffee, toiletries, games, toys, etc. Programmable coffee pot with coffee includee. Queen bed was *very* plush (if you are a plush mattress person).Negatives: Old stains on parts of the carpet (but the carpet/house looked and smelled clean). Queen bed was *very* plush (if you are a firm mattress person)."

"Was right in the area I wanted to be in, well priced, very quite. Room was nice, mini fridge and microwave. Wish the pool was open , but can't win them all. Would stay again if in the area again."
