"Staff were all AMAZING! Rooms were lovely. We had a room on the 4th floor, Seaside section and it was perfect. Golf carts shuttled people regularly. Lots of options to grab bevvies everywhere. Limited options for supper if you don't get into the ala carte restaurants, but the Seaside Market has a large buffet with many selections for breakfast and supper. Overall, a fantastic experience. "

"Room was super clean but the fridge wasn’t refilled everyday. Lots of options at the Buffet. There was not enough bars or staff for the bars. Always lots of lines."

"Everything was good except for 2 things : 1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much 2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. The problem is nearly all of them were booked up for the week already even though this is during off-season, which was really surprising. We were able to get in at three of the restaurants during the weekday we had but the earliest reservations were at 9:30 PM. It’s ridiculous that you cannot book dinner reservations before your arrival. The pools were amazing though! "
