This is our third time visiting the Catalonia Royal Tulum. It’s excellent all around. The staff is professional and attentive. The food is awesome, and the rooms and physical facility are well serviced/maintained. It has one of the nicest beaches in Mexico. If you really want to relax and eliminate all sources of stress, go to the Catalonia Royal Tulum.

This was our 5th consecutive year visiting this resort. The staff here is amazing and really makes the difference for us when choosing our annual vacation destination. We have so many to thank. Juana and team for maintaining our room perfectly, Daniel and team for their gracious assistance in the pool and beach areas, Yolasef and Esperenza for the amazing spa experiences, Daniela and Joseph from Guest Services for their excellent support and daily kind wishes, the fabulous restaurant chefs and front end staff Quetzabel, Angeles, Sandy, Ana, Juan, Carmen, Carlos and their teams for their usual above and beyond service, Ezequiel and the Front Desk team for their amazing support and professional care, the Porters, Servers and incredible Bartenders who blessed us with perfect Margaritas every time, Gracias to all.
