« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« We loved our stay so much that we re-booked on our way back through Boise. Perfect location, beautiful, clean, and quiet. Lovely, urban lobby and outdoor space as well! »

« Just was “meh”. Not a $200 a night hotel. I don’t care that you have an insanely overpriced steakhouse attached. Rooms were small and when the air was on you could smell the age and the mustiness. Shower was tiny and strange. Won’t stay again. Staff was friendly. »

« The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. »

« I was very disappointed to hear that all the recycling gets thrown in the trash. It’s misleading to people to have a recycle bin and trash bin in the room when the recycling does not occur. »

« The place was emacluately clean. The room was wonderful. Location very nice. Staff was very kind an helpful. I had 2 lovely ladies that stayed with me. We all had a blast . Id recommend everyone stay here. »

« Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...
