A sm all well maintained hotel convenient to Milan Centrale. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Although a bit dated, the room was very clean and comfortable with full amenities. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent.

Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of it all. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the luxury the property offers. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay.
The hotel features a Michelin-star restaurant, and the bar offers live music, which creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. The gym is very modern and includes a rooftop view of the city, making workouts especially enjoyable.
Most of the main attractions are just a 15–20 minute walk away. I would recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for exploring during the day—but when you go out in the evening, it’s definitely a place to dress to impress.

The hotel is fine—clean, well-located near the Duomo, and the rooms are spacious. However, it’s not worth the price. The views are mediocre, even from the rooftop, and the parking is inconveniently far. I would consider staying here again only if the price were at least €150 cheaper.
