One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No blankets on beds. Air Conditioner made loud grinding noise. Maintenance unable to repair. Had to leave the A/C turned off while sleeping. Fresh towels were dirty. Lipstick on "fresh" towels. Resort fees were not advertised on the Expedia listing. "

"I traveled with my husband, brother-in-law and 3 small children. The one-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds was too cramped for us, and the guests sleeping on the pull out sofa had to go into our bedroom to use the bathroom since there was no second door. I went to the front desk to see if there a bigger or more comfortable room, and Pat was amazing! She was so nice and empathetic, and moved us to a more spacious room. This made our stay. The property is a little dated, but the amenities and location were excellent! "

"We enjoyed a very relaxing week at this property. The owners were great to deal with and the access to the beach was perfect. The location in town was convenient, positioned about halfway between Clearwater Beach and Madeira Beach. Plenty of restaurants close by. Morning walks on the beach and thru town were perfect."

"Fantastic setting. This home has a lovely view of the bay, it’s a short step away from the beach and the water park offered hours of fun for the kids. A great setting for a family vacation. "

"This was an amazing place for my family of five, three kids under the age of nine. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac, which was nice to come home too after a busy days at the beach, museums, etc. It was very easy to get to both Indian rock and Clearwater beaches via car or walking. I would definitely recommend this place to others and potentially stay here again."
