"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking.

"This was a terrific location close to tram. Also, if you need to do work there is a co-working space on the ground floor which is excellent if you need to do work while away. There is a restaurant on site and a lovely outdoor garden area. Rooms modern. A home away from home."
"A friend and I travelled to Montpellier, from Vancouver, Canada, and our initial accommodations were not as expected. In a scramble we had to find a suitable hotel and we found the Belaroia. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ladissi at the check in desk. She was kind and welcoming. Throughout our 4 day stay she was always incredibly thoughtful - offering us an umbrella on a rainy day, writing out a detailed list of the most noteworthy restaurants nearby by as well as calling a beach club in Sete to book our reservation, in French! Merci!
