Accueil froid, et aucune explication donnée sur le fonctionnement, l’heure de départ, etc. Nous avons pris une chambre sans toilettes/salle de bain, donc sanitaires communs. Je me demande quand est ce qu’ils sont nettoyés car un même toilette était dans un état pitoyable pendant toute la durée de notre présence sur l’établissement (de 17h à 11h le lendemain).. L’isolation entre les chambres et le couloir est inexistante, nous avons été réveillées en trombe par des hurlements dans le couloir à 7h30 du matin, qui ont duré jusque 8h. L’hygiène de la chambre était cependant satisfaisante, la présence de la clim est agréable et la literie confortable. Zimmer nur Hochbetten, kein eigenes Bad, nur Waschbecken vorhanden, Bett war wie ein Brett, Bettwäsche mussten man selber beziehen. Es hatte was von einem Stundenhotel. Rezeption war nett. Zum Glück habe ich kein Frühstück gebucht. Es gab nur Brot, Marmelade und einen Kaffeeautomaten. J’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple , à l’ouverture de la chambre j’ai 3 petits lits superposés dont un , un matelas à même le sol , sans toilette et sans douche ! Je reviens vers la réceptionniste qui me dit que ça n’est pas vrai et que c’est bien ce que j’ai réservé sur la plate-forme . Après lui avoir Montre le mail de réservation , celle ci me dit que je suis agressive et Mal polie et que si je ne suis pas contente elle me rembourse très e et je n’ai qu’à aller voir ailleurs !!!! Je suis rassurée par le fait que nous sommes filmées et que la personne agressive et mal polie ça n’est pas Moi! Finalement , une autre chambre nous est proposée , tjs pas conforme à la réservation initiale mais fatiguée de l’attitude de la réceptionniste , nous nous installons. A notre retour du restaurant, nous nous rendons compte que la télécommande est abîmée et que la Tv ne fonctionne pas . Je reviens vers la réceptionniste , qui fait face à une troisième personne avec le même problème que nous . J'ai rapidement constaté l'erreur et la dame de l'accueil m'a tout de suite redirigée vers une adresse mail à contacter pour recevoir un remboursement, mais je suis sans nouvelles depuis maintenant deux semaines, malgré des relances. Un trou dans le mur qui laisse bien passer l’air froid, une couverture tellement fine que je la confondais avec un drap J’ai quand même payé 57 euros la nuit, si j’avais payé 10 euros je dis pas mais de qui se moque t-on-?
