"I had had stained sheets on my bed. Fire alarm was wrapped and covered with plastic, carpets were dirty and badly stained, the head board was peeling. Tje hotels website advertised they had a pool but do NOT only a hot tub, and bar not open on weekends. "

"During my stay I had to deal with a leak in the toilet for about three days. Because of this, I was unable to fully use the room, and the overall cleanliness was not what I expected. The pool also appeared very unclean. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be staying at the Hilton again. Thank you"
