They did a great job of renovating the inside, very clean with a very nice open floor plan. 9.75 out of 10\. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan on the enclosed porch and enclosed dock area. We went in late July and if the breeze is not kicking in, it's muggy and hot, to be expected. Not a big deal. Next time we will bring two 35" fans, one to plug in on the house porch and one for the dock. The screened in dock area did not have a receptacle on the inside, it may have had one on the outside, but I don't recall. We'll bring an EcoFlow with us to power a fan on the dock. Just a heads up for anyone who enjoys sitting outside. I've been renting properties in Cedar Key for 20 years at least once a year and this is one of them at he top of the list. We'll probably be coming back late summer/early fall and will be looking at this property first for availability. Great Job! ##### Brian M. Loved that we could bring our dog for a small fee. We saw 28 bird species off the dock during our 5 day stay, which was terrific. You will have to negotiate outdoor wooden steps (they kind you can see through) to access the property.
