If you\`re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, look no further than Island Getaway condo in Cedar Key, Florida. This cozy studio is located in the Cedar Cove Condos, and offers a comfortable king bed and a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
Upon arrival, you\`ll be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of this condo. The walls are painted in a soothing color scheme that complements the beachy vibe of the area. The condo is also tastefully decorated with coastal accents that add to the overall charm of the space.  
  
The king bed in the studio is outfitted with high-quality linens that will provide a comfortable and restful night\`s sleep. The pull out couch in the living room area provides sleeping for an additional two people. There\`s also a small seating area where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
One of the highlights of this vacation condo is its location. Cedar Key is a small island town that\`s situated on the Gulf of Mexico, and this condo is located right in the heart of it. You\`ll be just steps away from the town\`s charming shops, restaurants, and attractions.  
  
If you\`re looking to spend some time in nature, Cedar Key is an ideal destination. The town is surrounded by water, and there are plenty of opportunities to explore the local waterways. You can take a guided kayak tour or rent a boat and explore on your own. You may even spot dolphins swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
In addition to water activities, there are plenty of other things to see and do in Cedar Key. The town is home to a number of art galleries, museums, and historic sites. You can also take a stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the stunning views.  
  
When it comes to dining options, Cedar Key has something for everyone. From fresh seafood to casual cafes, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The food scene will not let you down!  
  
After a long day of exploring, you\`ll be happy to return to the comfort of your vacation condo. The unit is equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home, including a small kitchen, a private bathroom, and a television.  
  
A relaxing and peaceful getaway, this vacation condo in Cedar Key is the perfect destination. With its stunning views, and convenient location, you\`ll be able to unwind and enjoy all that this charming island town has to offer.  
  
\*We have a pack & play available, if you would like to use it during your stay please let us know at least at the time of booking.  
  
If you are visiting the island to boat and/or fish we recommend you check out the NOAA charts. Cedar Key is surrounded by shallow waters and this can make boating/fishing during low and changing tides difficult or impossible depending on where you are and where you want to go. You can search NOAA chart 11408 online to check the water depth and search NOAA tide predictions at Cedar Key FL for tide information.  
  
PLEASE NOTE: There is no pool at this property. The pool shown in the aerial photo belongs to a neighboring complex. The building does not currently have a working elevator, and the ground floor is unoccupied while the HOA determines how to move forward with repairs following recent hurricane damage.  
\-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying  
\-Do not trespass on other people\`s property, this includes docks and driveways  
\-Please be careful where you park, don\`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic  
\-Parties and/or events are not allowed  
\-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke  
\-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal  
\-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit  
\-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom  
\-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance  
\-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.  
\-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.  
\-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.  
\-Please do your dishes.  
\-No illegal substances allowed on premises.  
\- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.  
\- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.  
\- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.  
\- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
