Castellaccio Vacation Packages

The room was clean and newly renovated. Having breakfast included was great for a quick bite so I could focus on exploring instead of searching and waiting in line. Would definitely recommend a stay here

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

This is a great hotel but a bit far from our points of interest. Staff are amazing and so is the spa. Breakfast is great, everything included with your stay except for 2 items on the menu which was a little strange (fresh fruit plate and egg Benedict), not sure why they decided to charge for these 2 items. I think it would have been a better customer experience to include both, but not a deal breaker as there were enough options. The beds were hard and not very comfortable for us and it was very hot our first 2 days as we were told A/C could not be turned on until april 20th or when temps reach 80 degrees. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Overall a very good hotel but not sure we would stay again.

Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions.

Friendly staff, great location, sky bar has amazing views.
