« Staff was excellent, welcoming and very personable. The hotel lobby was clean, well lit, and quiet. The pool was clean and was perfect for our family to take a dip in. Check-in and out was quick and painless, especially with the sweet staff. The room wasn’t the cleanest as there were small bits of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom, a very dirty used wash rag on a shelf in the bedroom, and lots of dirt and debree around the edges of the furniture. « Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is that the restaurant menu was outdated and mislabeled. The menu listed several items as being gluten free but when I questioned the very nice server, he said none of those items are actually gluten free. « Check was a breeze and the gentleman was super friendly. He provided recommendations for local restaurants as well as surrounding places to go and see. The glamping site was perfect and the entire property was well maintained and clean. There’s another gentleman (Matthew) that oversees the property.
