"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "Super clean in the room, you can find all the amenities you need, just the room is a bit small and the fridge is not cold enough. They also provide 1 free microwave meal per person per day! Easy parking and easy to find the property, will stay here again."

"The property is beautiful and serene. It is next to walking paths. It has great views of the volcano. The onsen is fabulous. The staff is the best! "
"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.
The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
