"The first room had red stains on the mattress cover. The second room had burns on the sheets and the AC unit smelled of pot. The toilet was running and had to takd the top off for it to stop. They dont have coffee makers in the room."

"Very poor lighting outside at night. Room was cramped, mattress super soft. The thermostat control was awful, it was either to cold or to hot. TV malfunctioning at night called down to desk who said to turn it off but control did not work. We had asked for another room prior to check in. She stated full but when I called to complain about the TV I was told they could change my room Hmmm… who was not telling the truth? Night shift female only wanted to be on phone. The man that checked us out in the AM was more interested in smoking, which we had to walk through. This is the only Hampton inn without dark roast coffee. They said they have not made it since Covid. So if u like a cup of hot brown water go for it. The breakfast attendant would not speak even when spoken to. The only brag that I can give is the water is HOT."
