This contemporary, newly built dream villa is in a gorgeous location directly at the Caloosahatchee River which is flowing into the Gulf of Mexico.

In the immediate vicinity, opposite of the yacht club (only five minutes walking distance), you will find the only sandy beach in Cape Coral which is perfect for swimming. Afterwards you can watch a Caribbean sunset while enjoying a sun-downer at the "Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill".

The air-conditioned living space is 370 square meters large. There are 2 garages with room for 3 cars and a generous terrace with infinity pool facing the river and a spa bath.

A boat right along the river to the open sea is a stunning experience by itself, but dolphins, which are not uncommon near your property, will make it unforgettable.

Not what we booked!

I went to great lengths to find a great property with a prime location. I was in contact with Sonia the property manager from the beginning. When we arrived at the house there were other renters. Sonia did a great job finding us a property on the canal so we at least had a place. This property added 45 minutes to our boat ride each way to get to open water and back to the house. The owner double booked our rental at our expense, and he was unreachable. This is probably the last time we will book with VRBO!
