I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable. Excellent location. Stunning historical building. Beautiful rooms. Quite rustic so dont expect five star furnishings. They offer sarongs instead of towels. The wifi is terrible but its worth it to say in such an amazingly building and stunning rooms. Staff are excellent. Use of small kitchen to make tea if you want it. Great location walking distance from medina sites.
