"The hotel could use some updating. It seemed a bit tired and outdated. The breakfast was okay, though selection was limited. We ended up in room 100 which was on the first floor next to the hotel kitchen. There must have been a laundry area nearby as well, as about 1 a.m. there was an unbalanced washing machine making lots of noise near the room making it hard to sleep. Overall, the location was good with many restaurants nearby. It is also near to Lake Powell and the area around there making it a decent place to stay if one has plans in the area. "

"I ended up reserving Holiday Inn Express next to it. This property is not suitable for a family with kids. No AC or heating in the room.. and most importantly, NOT At ALL FELT Like I can Spend one night with family."

"This place was horrible! As soon as you walked in, instant overwhelming smell of chemicals, mixed with old building & paint. I got an instant migraine and we had to cancel & find a different hotel. I’m waiting to hear if I’m getting a refund. "
