"The indoor pool wasn’t heated and that was a big reason for booking hotel. Also a few doors didn’t work in the room or were difficult to close. Not enough outlets in the room. Staff was great, rooms clean. Just not a great experience. "

It may have been because the elevators were taking too long but when I did that I came around to the front to go through the sliding doors that I had a note on there about them locking the doors between I guess 7 PM and 10 AM which makes no sense so I was having to wait for them to come to the doors to unlock up because my key card was not working on the scanner.
