Spent a weekend there with 3 other families and 4 teenage boys. The separate bedroom and basement area was perfect for them ( and for the 3 couples who stayed in each of the bedrooms upstairs!) they loved doing smores around the fire at night too! They were a little disappointed that the cornhole beanbags were ripped and torn, making the game unusable. Great communication from Monica! Very quick and helpful responses anytime I reached out. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the description of lake access was slightly misleading and could’ve been clearer in that the property is at the very end of the cove with very shallow water ( not enough to swim in or float in really ) and no access for a boat to pull up. We ended up keeping our boat overnight at the very nearby Holiday Marina so it worked out in the end but definitely were surprised when we arrived. Monica went out of her way to try to help us find a place to moor our boat overnight, so that was much appreciated. Overall still had a fantastic time and would recommend the house fully as long as you’re not planning on swimming or playing in the water right behind the house and you can dock your boat elsewhere. ##### Whitney F. We had an event in Flowery Branch, within easy driving distance. The house is three levels, with conversation area on each level. The outdoor space is beautiful and well-appointed (firepit, grill, seating), with a beautiful view of lake, woods and sunrise.
