« Hotel is not kept up as well as a normal Hilton hotel. Ceilings were damaged in our rooms and the hallways, the carpet in the hallways was bunched up and tearing up. »

« Large room, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower. Easy to find. However, breakfast isn’t available til 7:00 am, the A/C was loud (but effective) and the general area invites loud vehicles/ motorcycles that rev and race til after midnight. Better windows may have helped with that. »

« We checked in late in the evening and staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was great with plenty of shops around and just far enough out downtown of Atlanta to be a little more quiet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. »

« All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super! »

« My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On my first night, I discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. As a result, I had to change the sheets myself. While doing so, I found additional blood stains on the pillows, which was even more disturbing. At that point, I removed all the bedding, threw it on the floor, took photographs, and brought the issue to the attention of the...
