So clean staff were so helpful especially marwa at front desk saved us ordering us airport transport when our ride didn’t show up also manager was so helpful and helped us with our luggage felt like big family . Loved the location too

We stayed in the double room on the 6th floor, which had a very lovely view! The room was quite small, but this is to be expected in Paris. There were always staff 24/7 at the reception desk which we liked, and there was a tiny elevator which was useful for our luggage. It was about a 15-20min walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was great! Location was nice as well, no loud street noise. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower may not have been very clean - there were some dark areas on the floor that we were concerned were mold. The door to the shower also did not close properly, so it was always partially open. However, we overall had a nice stay at this hotel, and I would consider staying here again.

Hotel is 25 min drive to Amboise. The hotel does have restaurant but very limited seating and for dinner , we found that the restaurants in Amboise were great but you do need a car. Hotel is on a manual accounting system so errors did occur on the bill. Management is unwilling to make any adjustments ...

Lovely hotel, I asked for a room with access to the garden as I had a dog, it was a lower ground floor room with a door to go out but surrounded with a railing so you can’t go out. Other than that very clean and comfortable.
