"The price and location can't be beat. It's a short drive to downtown Rockport, Camden, and there are many stores and restaurants nearby. The room is a good size, and is quite cozy, and I like that it has a microwave and mini fridge. I enjoyed my stay here, though I did have a one issue: the bathroom looks pretty clean, but the toilet smelled rather funky, which made me wonder when was the last time it was properly cleaned. It wasn't dirty though, but just smelled bad. Again, overall, it's great little place, and I may stay again the next time I'm in the area -- I just may need to also bring a bottle of poopourri spray or a tube of toilet gel."

"The house was in a perfect location and was extremely clean! It had everything you would need and more! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!"

"The property was lovely, charming, and exceptionally clean. We really appreciated how well maintained everything was, and the owners were responsive when we brought a concern to their attention.The one significant drawback for us was the noise from the upstairs apartment. Heavy footsteps, running, and stomping carried very clearly into our rental, beginning around 6:30 in the morning and continuing at times into the evening. The owner acknowledged our concern and said he had spoken with the upstairs occupants about it. We understand that some everyday noise is to be expected when staying in a property with separate living spaces, but the level of noise made it difficult for us to enjoy the peaceful, relaxing stay we had anticipated.We ultimately decided to leave one evening earlier than planned. We don't share this to be unkind to the owners, as the property itself really is lovely, but we feel it's something prospective guests should know when deciding whether this rental is right for them."

"The guest house was absolutely beautiful! It was so peaceful and had a beautiful view of trees from a large picture window in the living room. The cast-iron fireplace would’ve been nice if we had time to use it. I love the artwork on the walls and the flowers on the front porch. Loved having a full-size refrigerator and stove for meals. The area is so charming! The Rockport Harbor is beautiful and Camden is only 10 minutes away. I especially loved the Rockport Diner five minutes away. Great Eggs Benedict, blueberry pancakes and cinnamon raisin French toast. Great pies!The host, Rusty was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely book here again!"

"Very nice cottage in a cozy lakeside location. Wonderful view (even on rainy days). House is clean, well maintained and the owner, Lisa, is wonderful. She provided us with lots of helpful information, was very prompt to answer any of our requests and even offered to buy us food when we expressed our concern of not finding an open place to eat on the first night, due to late arrival time. All in all a great experience."
