He communicates very well. Excellent kitchen. Dislikes: Seniors need to know that the 2 bedrooms are upstairs.. The unit is a Condo in multi-condo building therefore the word Suite appears misleading. No towel exchange. No front office, everything is done by phone. You remove the Garbage while leaving. You cant even leave unused groceries in the Fridge while checking out. On arrival you may want to call him ahead. No coffee supplies at check in. No maid service. No grocery store on premises. You will need a car. Bedrooms really small. TV has very very limited channels. Shower can not be adjusted and needs repair. No bath soap provided. The liquid soap at sink(one provided) is of the $ store kind. Window shades are low class. Could have used some patio furniture on the deck or patio. Don't sit on the bar stools, they are super flimsy! Some of the kitchen chairs need tightening up. This place does not have AC and can get pretty hot during the day but open up the windows in the evening and it cools off nicely. Rigged up portable air conditioning in the bedroom was super noisy, we turned it off. The room contained everything I needed to stay comfortably. I arrived later than expected because of flight delay and Aziz was willing to meet me at night to give me the keys. The heated garage was the best part since Calgary was hit with a snow storm and I didn't have to go through the hassle of cleaning the car. We are a family of 5 and a regular hotel room just isn't enough space so I saw the Olympic Suites online and the price was right and the spacing was great. Aziz the property manager took care of everything we need and was super helpful. Thanks for making our stay really nice Aziz!!! The only thing I didn't realize was that there was no A/C, but it wasn't bad at all. If you stay there when it's warm it could get uncomfortable. It was fine when we were there.
