This small hotel is closed to the main Blvd and there are plentiful buses and taxis when you walk out about 1 small block. It’s about a 20 - 25 minutes walk to the Central Palermo train station otherwise. The rooms are various sizes and it was clean, a remodeled modern bathroom with shower. The cost is comparably less than many other properties. Breakfast was good for a very small business. The main downside was the room where we stayed had lots of mosquitoes. We had a late check in and the hotel had a self check-in procedure. On the second night, we did not know the window was opened by the cleaning staff and we got bitten many many times, and when we checked out, the staff casually mentioned that there are mosquito sprays in the unit, but all too late for us.

Now, THIS is a true 5 star experience! Magnificent hotel with a perfect location, unbelievably helpful staff and super clean. Perfect service, impeccable food, breakfast and everything else. If you want to stay in luxury in Palermo, this is where you go! Grazie Mille !

Ac work well. Spacious room

The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay.

Amazing time! I honestly loved the bungalows we stayed in, felt like a high end experience even though the signature stay is a better experience but we truly loved our room and the staff was so nice and the buffet was amazing didn't really need to experience the other restaurants and the bar in the lobby was amazing
