"Pezoules was a beautiful place to stay in Oía. The rooms are so unique and the suites have a beautiful view. The breakfast is delicious and they have so many options. Taxis cannot fully reach the hotel so you will have to walk a short bit. The area around the hotel has fantastic dining and shopping options. "

Rooms were super clean and was very well maintained. Only a 10 minute walk to Oia with your own privacy! Highly recommend staying here. "We accidentally booked this hotel during a very stressful time—our daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized—and despite reaching out immediately, the hotel refused to adjust or cancel the reservation. There was no flexibility or compassion shown, which was especially disheartening.
We were also celebrating our 15-year anniversary on this trip, and every other hotel we stayed at went out of their way to acknowledge the occasion with small upgrades or kind gestures. This hotel did nothing—no upgrade, no acknowledgment.
On top of that, the hotel didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star property. The room, service, amenities, and overall feel were underwhelming, especially given the high price point.
