"We stayed 2 nights here and everything was perfect. The room was beautiful with a panoramic view on the east cost of Santorini. Our host Cleo was very friendly and gives us tips to move the most easily in Santorini. The breakfast is served every morning at desired time. Finaly, the receptionist drives us at the airport. "First of all, this facility is NOT a hotel. It's more of a cabin camping facility. As previously stated. This was booked during the Santorini off-season. Manager was never on site. Communication was via internet on the housekeeper who only spoke Albanian. There was no heat on the second floor and no effort was made to repair or replace it. Windows and doors leaked during rainstorms. "
