"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...
"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too.
On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Still, the first impression...
"Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame.
Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink.
Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice.
All in all an enjoyable stay"
"The hotel is very clean, I liked the pool and the kids room and playground, the nature around it, however it’s was inconvenient to walk to the beach that far. Also there are no restaurants at the hotel, you should walk 5 min to the restaurant."
