Très bon établissement, avec un staff très agréable et disponible. La location est idéale, très proche de tout. À noter qu'au niveau du hall il y a un grand bar et plusieurs bons restaurants

It was ok overall, the location is very good but the hotel itself is average. The difficulty was with the gym/spa - it is affiliate to an external gym and therefore the conditions are not great and it is not easy to reach.

Bien mais la clientèle diminue le standing l'hôtel
L'hôtel est en transformation depuis 5 ans que nous ne sommes pas venus. Bien malgré encore des travaux à faire. Par contre grosse déception au niveau de la clientèle ! Clientèle majoritairement pour ne pas dire quasi exclusivement masculine venus en groupe, bruyants et irrespectueux des lieux et du personnel.

Un très bel hotel, de bonne facture. Abordable, situé à proximité du centre historique, mais du coup le long d'un boulevard assez bruyant... Le casino juste à coté appelle des voitures de luxe et des petits malins bruyants...

J’ai été déçu de cet hôtel, je trouve que le prix des chambres n’est pas justifié. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et les parties extérieures aux chambres sont très belles. En revanche, j’ai trouvé ma chambre très simple et j’ai passé une mauvaise nuit : il faisait 26 degrés dans la chambre ! impossible de régler la température du climatiseur et même pas possible de l’éteindre ! J’ai dû passer toute la nuit avec ce bruit de fond c’était très inconfortable… Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour à Bucarest

Dear Mr. Yannik, I am very sorry to read that although I have personally e-mailed you following the end of pest control and deratization company investigation you have decided to mislead our travelers with such affirmations. While living beings can travel with you on your luggage or entering the room while the window is opened, our guests safety is our top priority and I can assure you that proper measurements are taken to prevent infestation. Mr. Yannik,once again, rest assured that no signs of bedbugs have been detected in the room and official letter stating this fact has been released in order to sustain my affirmation. Magnifique hôtel avec de bons services
Très bon hôtel. Attention au parking payant et non compris dans la réservation. Les hôtes sont accueillant mais pas forcément souriant, ce qu’on peut rechercher lorsque l’on est en vacance. Très bon emplacement pour rejoindre le centre ville.

One of my best hotel ever!
Very nice hotel. Centrally located! Big plus for the outside swimming pool and the wonderful extra big and lots of bubbles jacuzzi!! Honestly i loved it! WONDERFUL breakfast!

hôtel confortable mais clientèle peu courtoise
L'hôtel en lui-même est confortable et très propre. Par contre, il est fréquenté par une clientèle ayant peu d'égard envers les autres clients et qui se montre plutôt méprisante envers le personnel. Au petit déjeuner, nombreux clients font une véritable razzia sur les croissants, le pain, etc. On aurait pu se croire au réfectoire d'un camping. Même chose pour l'espace piscine.

Complexe hotelier haut de gamme en plein coeur de Bucarest. Assez près du "Old Town Bucharest" - 10 minutes de marche. Le matin, le déjeuner est excellent et les choix sont nombreux. La piscine, le spa et le gym sont incroyables.
