High end efficiency unit that sleeps 2-4 comfortably with full kitchenette stocked for making a basic meal (fridge, microwave, mini oven/stove, pots/pans) kitchenware. 50'' Roku TV with fast WIFI and dedicated workspace / dining area! Full bath with standup shower + washer & dryer included.
The space
500sq ft Guest House Suite Apartment! Full bathroom with standup shower and single vanity. We will be updating the decor here shortly with a few layers of pillows, art, color, and wall paper to make the unit more fun. This is a Suite off our Main House rental, so please expect to share 1 wall and 1 ceiling with renters of that unit.
Guest access
Left side entrance behind the wooden privacy screen will reveal an exterior door with light. Use the Smart code provided @ the smart lock for entry.
Other things to note
If you are booking this separate from the Main House, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS at the Guest House Suite, which includes ESA animals (In Texas, AirBnB Policy allows hosts to decline ESA animals & also charge a fee if we decide to allow them). Since we have guests in the main house with option for pets, we do not want to risk an interaction with other pets.

We require a liability waiver signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & outdoor noise disturbances.

We love for you to enjoy and celebrate, but we charge a $75 cleaning fee for confetti or glitter found on property.

Please do not move any furniture. If you do, please move it back. We charge a $20 minimum furniture moving fee if we arrive and furniture is out of place.
