« We really enjoyed staying here. We had a family get together at the Ozarks State Park and needed to accommodate a family member with a wheelchair that could not camp. It worked great for him and us! Beautiful secluded location in the woods. If you’re lucky the neighbors dog (Coco) will come by and say hi. She is so sweet! Lots of critters out at night by the lake. It was a lot of fun lotto the frogs. We saw a snapping turtle during our stay too! »

« The beds were horrible to sleep on and hard. The air conditioning was not cooling the room and it was hot. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stand it in there. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was terrible. The food was all cold and the sausage was frozen. It wasn’t fit to eat. I will not stay here again »

« Broken toilet seat. Small bathroom but the sink is separate from the bathroom. We consider that an advantage. Very hilly location but easy to get to wherever you’re going. »

« The people working there had terrible customer service and seemed like they were avoiding guests. They never used please or Thank you, they never asked how our stay was.
The entire building smells musty, our room smelled like damp stale cigarettes even though they emphasized a Non - smoking room.
Every other light worked, there were not mattress covers. The bedding and sheets had dried blood stains. The carpets and bathroom tiles were sticky. As if they had not been cleaned in years.

« The staff were very nice. The property was clean but run down. The lobby had an intense smell of carpet cleaner but this dissipated as you left the lobby.
Overall it was manageable for a one night stay in the area but I wouldn't recommend the hotel. »

« The room had black mold in them the wall paper was coming off we did have hot in the shower..there was no breakfast there was no swimming pool.we was going to stay a week there but ended up leaving on day 4 and never got no money back or nothing..then some man just walked in my sister room »
