« Clean pleasant room that looked recently refurbished, with a kettle and microwave and a enough tea and coffee to survive a night and morning. A fridge and hairdryer was useful. « Although the apartment was spacious and reasonably priced, there were a few negative points. There wasn't any light outside the entrance door to the block, so that in the dark it was impossible to see the key pad. Luckily I had a torch with me. The heating was inadequate and apart from five coat hangers on a free standing rail, there were no drawers or anywhere to store anything. »

« More rundown than it appears in pictures. Shower holder was broken so we couldn’t shower easily. No lock on bathroom, which had to be slammed to close, loose toilet seat. All in all a disappointing stay. »

« Location is great, but the room itself is dated. Could do with a lick of paint, some repairs to the furniture and a much better heating system. Kettle wasn't working when we stayed but I'm sure this was resolved for the next guests. »

« Communication for access to the property worked well. It is a top floor apartment but there the building has a lift which was in good working order. Sash windows were a bit fiddly to operate but once open there was a lovely through breeze which kept the apartment cool. The kitchen was very well kitted out with nice crockery and what looked like a good selection of cooking equipment (although I didn't make use of very much!).
