Brimley Vacation Packages

This hotel seems to have been renovated, at least in the rooms. I would not stay here again for several reasons. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, the Fisher Price toilet was extremely low even for someone short like me. Then it quit flushing. Thankfully my husband fixed it. Our friend’s room had light cover missing from the light in the bathroom. Finally there was no elevator. That fact was buried in the accessibility section of the description. Also beware of the huge holes in the parking lot. So just know that before you book.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly we will be back.

Had to ask to be moved from the first room. Air conditioner was blowing hot air and noisy. Desk was rude and unhelpful. Check out desk person was clueless. Breakfast looked good and well stocked.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, we were told it was because it was an old building and there wasn't anything they can do. We did receive a dirty fan from the laundry room. We were also on a street facing room with young children, so having to windows open for a breeze was not a good option. There were stains on the floor. We were told there was a free continental breakfast, we got down there around 8:00 am. We were told breakfast went until 10:30, but when we got there, there were only 2 milks left, along with stale cereal. I asked about getting more milk and the desk said they "ran out yesterday." We were very excited anticipating this stay, and it was nothing more than a huge disappointment and let-down.
