"Excellent staff, decent location. Our first two nights of a three night stay were faultless. On the third a wedding party arrived and the noise from the neighbouring room was astounding. They were not shouting but “drunk loud” and the inter room soundproofing was found out badly. Shame really. "

"Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise.
Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues.
Check in was busy but we were seen quickly.
The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "

"I have seen some of the reviews on here which have criticised the venue but I honestly couldn't fault it. Some areas are a bit dated yes but it didnt affect the quality of our stay at all I think people are being extra picky. Every single member of staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful, the breakfast was great and dinner was also decent. It was my Partners 30th birthday and we were even welcomed with some extra little touches in the room which I hadn't requested which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
