Excellent stay. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a superior room whuch was spotless, with a well stocked complimentary mini bar, iron & ironing board, robes & slippers. The only thing I would say is that we found the pillows uncomfortable, and it could probably do with hooks on the bathroom door to hang robes. I am not taking any stars off for this though, as this was personal choice, and everything else was perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast, with the option of al a carte items too.

Lovely hotel. Was a nice 3 day break in a 8 week trip. Was modern, easy to train station and airport. Movie theatre in the same building abd lots of restaurants.

Lovely hotel great location inside the resort world shoping centre. And 2 minutes walk to NEC exhibition centre very handy and great location . Lots of restraints and pubs. And you can get a train into Birmingham city centre from the NEC centre takes 10 minutes. And a free shuttle service from Birmingham Airport to NEC centre and it only takes 2 minutes walking to hotel. Ovall 5 ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ Resort. Very expensive to eat out and buy drinks. So bring plenty off cash. Not all restrant take cash so bring card as well.

Really pleasant stay. Felt welcomed on arrival, it was quick and easy to check in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pillows were a little too hard for us, but that was the only niggle we had. We used the spa which was a lovely bonus as part of our stay. We also had breakfast, which was great, a small selection for great quality.

A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you donโ€™t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price.
