"The room was just what we wanting to have. The housekeeping could use some work because I had asked them to clean our room and they did not clean at all and left the door propped open with the latch while we were gone at mall of america"
"Loved the big rooms with the high ceiling. Two sinks in the bathroom was nice to have . A microwave in the room would have been good. Didn’t like having to go all the way down to the lobby to use one . The pool area was small. Definitely not a place to take kids to swim "
"We arrived in August, before the start of their season and while their HVAC system was being updated. Thus, our room had an additional, portable AC unit in it to supplement their system. While not ideal, the staff were honest about the situation and the unit cooled the room well.
The room was very clean. We enjoyed the attached restaurant, the Beacon, and we even played some air hockey in the lobby, which was a comfortable place to hang out as we met with some people.
They had some free water bottles and complementary ice cream sandwiches! Very nice staff. When we visit UMinn again, we will definitely stay at The Graduate again, where we can walk to anywhere on campus. "
