Brbinj Vacation Packages

We loved the central location of this property, right in the thick of things with people bustling by well into the evening - a lovely relaxed vibe. A gelato shop and a bar occupy the ground floor and the view of the cathedral is stunning. Personally, I loved the cathedral bells - they make a very special alarm clock. The room was full of character and was charming - only some furniture was a bit tired. The kettle didn’t work, the bathroom door handle was loose, some light switches didn’t work and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough to stream on the TV. These were not major issues and the big positives were a fabulous bed ( so comfy ) and plenty of hot water. These bathroom is spacious too. One annoyance was the loud noise of footsteps from the floor above. These are things I would have liked to have been aware of beforehand but we certainly still enjoyed our stay. The property is so easy to find from the airport bus stop at the walls, which was great when we were making our way back to the airport for an early return flight.

Points forts : accueil à la réception, chambre tranquille, moderne, très propre, lits confortables, buffet pour le déjeuner est bien garni.

Marin, who owned the apartment had great communication with us through What's app, he also arranged transportation for us which took away any stress of navigating a country we had previously never visited. Sara, who greeted us and checked us in was also so helpful and gave us information about excursions and local amenities. Both spoke very good, clear English. Marin also gave us recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops, cake and days out. The apartment was lovely, modern and finished very well and very clean. Everything we needed was in the apartment, very clean white towels and bedding and a very comfortable bed. There were a few flights of stairs to navigate but worth it for the comfort of the apartment. It is situated in a prime spot to access all local amenities and attractions in the heart of the Old Town. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Zadar.

Finding this property was very difficult. It is located off a public street in the pedestrian zone which was not obvious when we booked this hotel, and then secondly it has virtually no real signage identifying it when we got there. THX Goodness for Google Earth !! The office is actually located in a small restaurant with similar name about 1/2 block away making check-in difficult, also not made known when booking. Parking is also difficult and can be expensive 5-6 blocks away outside the City Wall, again not totally obvious when booking. Not great for guests either cars. On the positive side, the hotel is located in the heart of the Old City, but can be noisy and room was not clean. Room and bathroom were large and well furnished with a wonderful shower.
