Brasília Vacation Packages

I would not recommend this hotel. The reviews made it seem like a reasonable option for the price, but my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the internet, which was extremely poor and unreliable. In a city like Brasília, where many guests travel for business, good internet is essential. The room had several practical problems. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, and most of the electrical outlets did not work—only one outlet in the entire room was functional. The room also had a large family-size refrigerator that was completely empty, while the television was no larger than a small computer monitor. The facilities feel outdated. The furniture is old, the walls need painting, and the bathroom needs renovation. Even the sink was unusually small and felt out of place for a hotel in Brazil. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness and good service were not enough to make up for the poor internet, lack of working outlets, and outdated facilities. I would not stay here again.

Exceptional stay from start to finish, starting with the doorman who met me at my Uber and accompanied me all the way to my room carrying my bags for me, which was unnecessary but very much appreciated after a delayed flight. My room was incredible, large, on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Access to the largest gym in Latin America was a real treat. Breakfast was very fresh with lots of variety. When I checked out, Nascimento at the front desk offered kind, pleasant, helpful conversation, and Roger took care of my bags for me until I needed to leave. My only regret is that I can’t stay longer. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and will definitely stay here again if I return to Brasília.

Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. Two of the rooms were completely different from what I had reserved and were unacceptable for an extended stay. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioning did not work properly in one of the rooms. There were also maintenance and bathroom issues that should not be happening at a hotel of this level. What made this even worse was the attitude of much of the staff. Service was inconsistent, and several interactions felt rude and dismissive. There was very little sense that anyone genuinely cared about resolving the problems or making the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, these issues don’t appear to be isolated. Recent guest reviews also mention mold/stale smells, outdated rooms, maintenance and drainage problems, inconsistent housekeeping and poor follow-up when issues are reported. Having to repeatedly pack and move rooms during a 14-day stay is simply unacceptable. This is a Meliá property, and we expected much more. The brand creates an expectation of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and professional service that this hotel simply did not deliver. I would not stay here again.
