Great staff. Food was good and reasonably priced. Rooms were dated shower etc was like walking back into 1990. Towels werent changed or bedding cahnged stayed for 3 days. Ok for the price

Gorgeous room in a quiet walkable spot near restaurants. The room exceeded expectations- just beautiful! We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was lovely. Our best stay in the UK! Highly recommended.

We had a good time here with 3 kids in the deluxe family room. Decor and bathroom fittings could be refreshed but the critical things were clean and plenty of space in the rooms and also garden for the kids to chill and play. We thought it was good value for money. Very close to paulton park and also within 30mins drive to most of the walks we wanted to do so all in all a good experience.

Affordable, good location to town. Woken up during the night with noisy guests shouting and banging doors.

Unable to take shower in the morning. The handle that controls water temperature fell off in my hand. It was stuck in the position that was set to supply scalding hot water. There was also only hot water available at the sink, no matter what position it was placed in. When I mentioned this to the hotel desk, it was stated that this is a normal occurrence. No other statement or even a simple apology was given. This is our forth time staying at this hotel, and we will not be returning. This is a very expensive hotel in a great location, but is no longer worth the money.
