"The staff were very friendly, the rooms exceptionally clean. The amenities in the whole hotel were great. Breakfast excellent. "

"The hotel and room were nice and clean. The check in process was absolute garbage. We booked a suite with two king beds, a kitchen and separate bedroom and were told that they were not sure why we were able to book that as they didn’t have such a room to give us. We ended up in something comparable (it only had one king bed and a pull out couch). It was ok, but sucked as we booked what we booked for a reason. The check in process took probably 30 minutes at least for us as the kids running the place didn’t know what they were doing. We didn’t get any kind of a refund to make up for the fact that our room wasn’t what we reserved. The hotel was under construction so there was a makeshift check in desk that was odd. Overall, the place was nice, but the experience we had was BS. There was breakfast, but it wasn’t much and it wasn’t great. As someone with food sensitivities I was unimpressed with the options that I could have. "

"Staff was amazing, room was okay, HVAC system is obnoxious, no way to just have a fan on, it’s either pumping heat/ac or shutting off at temp. Renovations are occurring which is fine. But the hotel is severely in need of more than a renovation of a few areas. Frye"

"The property must be undergoing renovation. The Portico has been removed and there was caution tape where the pillars were. The front office and breakfast area looked brand new. The room was adequate but the mattress had seen better days. You could feel the inner springs. The HVAC system looked new. It was quiet and did a great job keeping the room warm. Everything else in the room was clean and hospitable. Given the chance I would stay here again."

"Our first room.was not good, not the fault of the staff because it looked like it was still.new but as things dried out the wet spot by the bed turned out to be urine and the Bible had a huge Satanic message in it. When we moved the second night that room was much more pleasant and clean. Smelled better. The staff was amazing and breakfast was good. Its in town so really central to everything. We would stay again."
