« The host was very responsive and the.Cottage itself was gorgeous and well maintained. The only downside for me was not understanding that although there are stairs to the beautiful blue waters of the lake, you cannot access the water. It is very difficult to be so tantalizingly close to the crystal clear water and not be able to swim. Unfortunately I did not see this in the ad, it was near the bottom of the very long description. « The cottage is welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed everything it offered - hot tub, firepit, lawn games, drinking our morning coffees outdoors on the deck. However, the most wonderful part of our vacation was the private beach. We swam and played on the beach every day. The children - ages 6 and 9 - loved it. It is a quiet, relaxed location but still just a five to 10 minute drive to Foodland grocery store and the town of Bayfield. I hope to return next summer. »

« We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again.
