Surrounded by forest and open space, the setting offers exceptional privacy while remaining close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The property is not part of a subdivision, and all amenities are exclusively for your use. The Primary Cabin is accompanied by a detached Recreation House, a pergola with a new jacuzzi, a treehouse, and a fire pit, creating several outdoor areas around the property for relaxation and recreation. The Recreation House includes a pool table, air hockey, basketball arcade, ping pong, and foosball. Though surrounded by nature, the home is fully equipped for comfortable mountain living, including a Generac backup generator, a 500-gallon water storage tank, and two water heaters. Water is sourced from a private on-site well. High-speed fiber internet is available throughout the property, and a loft workspace provides a convenient area for remote work when needed. The graveled driveway and surrounding area provide easy access, with ample graveled parking space for up to five vehicles. Inside the Primary Cabin, the first floor features a living room to the left and a dining area and kitchen to the right. Past the kitchen there is a full bathroom and a bedroom.
