The hot tub was accessible by exiting the main floor and walking down outside steps to a lower porch under the main cabin. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn’t fish, but saw lots of fish from the dock. The hot tub water smells awful, the roof pops a lot. Also the turn at Buckhorn that takes you directly to the cabin is very sharp and extremely narrow so be careful. The cabin is exactly as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The location was perfect. Easy drive to both Blue Ridge and Ellijay. There was plenty of activities in the area to keep us entertained. The kitchen is well stocked, and the cabin was very clean. The only issues that we had were trash related. The owners should consider building an area for the trash cans that can be enclosed so the raccoons can’t get into it. Additionally, there should be free trash pickup for guests staying more than a week. The lake is a perfect bonus. Both of the paddle board were missing fins which pretty much eliminated teaching a beginner. ##### Wes F.
