The room needed a great deal of maintenance. The tub had a ring of mold all the way round it, the shower curtain also. The entire room needed repainting. All the furniture was peeling on edges. People next door to my room were very noisy before sunrise and awoke me with loud talking and the TV blaring. The carpet needed replacing. The grounds needed mowing and trimming, parking spots needed painting. The air conditioner was sealed with duct tape on both the exterior and interior. Water pressure in the shower was weak, and the cold faucet handle was so loose it would come off the spindle. But, the price was fair, and it served its purpose.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly, offered free breakfast and was very inexpensive. We were greatly disappointed overall with what we actually experienced. The motel was not in the best of shape but worst of all was the breakfast. Not only was it not a hot breakfast, you would have a very difficult time even calling it a continental breakfast. We went to the breakfast area 30 minutes after it had supposedly opened but there was hardly anything there - 1 muffin, a few slices of bread, 3 Bagels, 3 yogurts, 3 boiled eggs, a few bruised apples, a quarter container of Apple juice, a quarter container of orange juice, a gallon of milk, peanut butter, jellies, syrup and ketchup. The staff was friendly and we slept very well but overall I think I would have gone with another motel if I had known how bad the breakfast was going to be.
