"Our room smelled terrible when we arrived. Like nauseating, like puke, or possibly bacteria from the shower drain. We had to bring in body spray and open the windows. The headboards are fabric and had crustys. I just was not very comfortable based on those things. Also, one if our mattresses was short, my feet hung over the edge, as I wasn't keen on getting too close to the headboard. Staff was polite. I was super disappointed the pools were not open. Based on the pictures, and reading that they were heated, I thought they would be a fun activity for the kids. I guess the listing had put 'seasonal' and I had missed it, the low price in off-season was not worth it. I will book somewhere else next time."

"The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were really " wet", hashbrowns tasted stale, sasauge were gross. We actually had to throw it out and go get breakfast. We didn't even try it the next few days"

"Parking was easy and a nice restaurant and pub on the same property The only thing that annoyed me a LOT was Wyndham multiple emails 14 that evening and three more in the morning Most just repetitive and very unnecessary I try to block them or contacting them to remove my email from their files but they are still coming today "

"The room was lovely, the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our stay was short but were very much enjoyed it!"

"Nice location with a great lake view. Fire place at living room is very good especially on cold weather. We spent a lot of time by fire place. The host maintains the vacation home well and has everything needed in the house. Just go get groceries and cook there. Snow was removed. My family had a wonderful time. "
