"Excellent, with one downside, the WiFi was real crappy!"

"This is our 4th time at Starfish. Each time it gets better in some areas. Customer service mainly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp in the dining room and front desk. WiFi did not work in the room only in the common areas. My husband and I love playing pool, please starfish fix the pool table or buy a new one! It is ridiculous trying to play pool on it. It’s about to fall over. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes in daily. The food on a whole was good but needs improvement. The 2 grill chefs were excellent. They made my husband a very delicious fish entree on a few occasions. One of my favorite items (veggie wraps) was not on the menu due to running out of the item. They replaced it with a hard taco filled with green salad. That was unacceptable. The veggie burger was excellent thou Everything was very fresh. The highlight of our trip was seeing the leatherback turtles come up on the beach and lay their eggs. It was very beautiful. One thing thou a starfish employee was out on the beach talking with people watching the turtles was way too loud while the turtle was laying her eggs. That was a bit frustrating esp since there are signs telling you to be quiet when you witness this. More training for this staff is essential. "

"Beach was amazing and fun for kids in the waves and there were beautiful sunsets! The room was very basic, but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was more updated, and the shower was fantastic pressure. Gorgeous pool and lounging areas.
Breakfast area was beautiful, and lots of locals foods, and also options for kids. "
