Review #1- Best rates for this Resort were found in Expedia, thank you Expedia. Review#2- Bacolet Beach Club is a gem in Tobago. It has expanded over its lifetime, and each building represents the best in class of its period. The fantastic decor and interesting finds on the property are never ending. The pool views and private beach are breath taking. The in house restaurant served us three fantastic meals and unique Caribbean cocktails every day. There were many issues which I was really disappointed about. 1. Room being assigned at check in was incorrect and was addressed by getting a room upgrade. Staff was helpful in having this 2. The key to the room was not working as the program was down had to enter room by getting staff each time. staff helpful 3. TV in upgraded room not working. staff helpful to change TV then realized the plug was not working in any of the outlets 4. Kettle not working as there were ants all over 5. Hot water on last night and morning not working 6. No blankets in rooms just a thin sheet. Staff helpful to provide additional sheets which were also thin and dirty 7. 1st morning of breakfast found hair in food which staff were very helpful and provided an omelet Staff very helpful but too many issues for a 1st time stay at this hotel
