"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. "Fantastic. Nice room in a quiet area near the University, easily walkable to the city center. The little courtyard must be great in the warmer months. Room was clean, has air conditioning (though I mostly used the heating settings!) and the bed is very comfortable. I really appreciated the kitchen with a fridge and all the equipment I needed for my breakfast. Recommend!"

"We found the apartment still dirty, even though it was already evening. Fortunately, the owner responded quickly and sent someone to clean it. However, we had an appointment and had to shower in a bathroom that hadn’t yet been cleaned after the previous guests. When we returned, we found the apartment cleaned, although the job wasn’t done very thoroughly. After all, you can’t clean deeply in just an hour and a half. "Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! Expedia also took money for a cancel booking for this 3 day stay and refuse to refund it even though hotel agree as they didn’t get money… so won’t be using Expedia or staying here again.. the manager of Pullman, was helpful once I finally got ahold of them but again the check in guy never bother to even tell her and I had to follow up and demand to speak to her! "

"Very nice hotel, the rooms were a tad small and a little outdated, but it was such a wonderful location and the staff was great, so it that made up for it. Plus if you are there to sightsee and enjoy the surrounding areas, it is exactly what you need. We were able to check in early too which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable.
