Would definitely come back!!!

Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit.

Ich stelle nicht besonders hohe Ansprüche an eine Unterkunft, aber die Appartments sind in jedem Fall dringendst von Frund auf renovierungsbedürftig. Der Zustand des Appartments insgesamt war eher als desolat zu bezeichnen (Küche, Toiletten, Matratzen, Hellhörigkeit). Der Service wiederum, speziell die Freundlichkeit und das Zuvorkommen de maanagers war außerordentlich!!!

Simple Budget hotel but clean

The reception is not open between 12-4pm so I scheduled to arrive after 4pm. Happened to be a very hot day and the receptionist wasn’t there when I arrived. Had to use my international rooming to call him and even then still had to wait another 10min. Space was outdated however clean. No fan or AC. Street can be loud at all times sound proofing not great. Got stuck in the elevator twice.

아파트형 숙소입니다. 가전제품, 생활시설도 갖추고 있습니다.(전자/가스렌지, 헤어드라이어, 커피포트 등) 혼자 묵기엔 숙박비가 다소 비싼 편이라 생각할 수 있으나 인원 꽉 채워서 가면 가성비 좋습니다. 다만 샤워부스가 너무 좁고, 헤어드라이어가 너무 지저분했습니다. 헤어드라이어 만지고 나면 손 씻어야 될 정도;;; 그리고 중앙역에서 걸어서 갈 거리이긴 하나 관광지와 반대편이고, 조금 외진 곳이라 그다지 안전해 보이지는 않았습니다.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, denn auch wenn das Hotel relativ preiswert war, haben wir solch eine verwohnte Unterkunft nicht erwartet. Über die Jahre sollte man nicht nur nach Rendite geiern sondern auch ab und an investierern, renovieren bzw. mondernisieren. Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung.

Appartement proche de la gare centrale.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la gare centrale, de la grande artère commerçante et supermarché à proximité. Possibilité de visiter la ville à moins d'1/2 heure à pied (centre historique et port). Bonne literie. Linge impeccable. Accueil avec la possibilité de préparer du café ou du thé. Rue calme en journée. Mais appartement mal isolé phoniquement. On entend tout ce qui se passe sur le palier. Soirées bruyantes avec des hommes qui buvaient dehors sur le trottoir et parlaient très forts. Ainsi que des essorages de lessives bruyants très tard le soir (au-dela de minuit). La vaisselle de la cuisine mériterait d'être un peu étoffée: quelques verres supplémentaires et surtout des bols ou des grosses tasses. Les petites tasses à café ne sont pas adaptées pour le petit déjeuner (surtout quand on ne boit pas de café, mais du thé ou du chocolat). Mais globalement satisfaite de l'appartement et ravie de mon séjour touristique à Anvers!

dommage la literie n'est pas de première jeunesse . Le dos le matin est gravé des ressorts du matelas .
